These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SuperBox. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

SuperBox is an automated workout class registration service that connects to your gym's scheduling system to register you for classes based on your preferences. Our Service includes:

• Automated class registration when spots become available
• Priority waitlist placement for full classes
• Schedule monitoring and notifications
• Booking management and cancellation features
• Calendar synchronization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use SuperBox, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your gym membership credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperBox. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

SuperBox offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

4.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for new users. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We reserve the right to limit free trial eligibility.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of SuperBox, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect your gym's policies, terms, and class booking rules
• Provide accurate gym credentials and keep them up to date
• Monitor your bookings and attend classes you register for
• Cancel unwanted bookings in accordance with your gym's cancellation policy
• Not abuse or exploit the Service for unfair advantage
• Maintain an active and valid gym membership

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools (other than SuperBox itself) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Violate any gym's terms of service or policies

7. Intellectual Property

SuperBox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperBox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the app settings.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms SuperBox or other users

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required for legal compliance.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

SuperBox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party gym management systems. Changes to gym systems may affect SuperBox functionality.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Failed or unsuccessful class registrations
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors, bugs, or service interruptions
• Actions of third-party gym management systems

9.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SuperBox in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that may negatively impact your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperBox operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
